Sweating and or excessive perspiration gives us many troubles whether it is because of the torrid weather or embarrassment,excitement or anxiety.It would be great to find out some methods to stop or at least reduce sweating.
The first is to stay cool and calm,anxiety could make you sweat more
-Try to keep away from spicy food. By this, you wont be rid of the problem, but you would feel different
-Avoid excessive food and alcohol which can be hard to break down
-Wear natural fabrics as wool or cotton rather than synthetic ones, these let the air circulate and your body can breathe.
-Avoid energy drinks and caffeine, these infact accelerate the nervous system which leads to rise in body temperature
-A healthy diet and exercise can reduce your sweating
-You could use this tip: (using lemon with baking powder)
Take a lemon and squeeze it,then dab the lemon juice on to your armpit with a cotton pad,follow with baking soda. These ingredients will absorb the sweat and make your underarms smell fabulous.
