You know, this body slimming/trimming issue is not something we can engage in and then forget it. It’s something we have got to keep working on,slim or not and even when you begin to see positive results,please,I beg you, do not slack. That is when the challenge is more. All those apple pie cheese, ice cream, chocolate melt pistachio, almond nuts toppings and yes…Pizza!, chicken, red peppers, the list is endless! Let us just remember the junkies as well as food we are addicted to and follow our slimming resolution strictly.
-Drop the carbs
-Get back to the gym
-Start drinking water again
-Set realistic goals
-Eat more often
-Ease off on the alcohol
-Work on weekly resolutions
-Start with realizing 10% of your goal
-Always remember to think positively
-Try to relax please.
